RockSolid SQL is pleased to announce the availability of their ServiceNow integration module. This integration module allows customers, who use ServiceNow as their organisational SRM system, to seamlessly integrate with RockSolid, the technology underpinning their ground breaking managed SQL Server support services.

RockSolid SQL director Tony Bain says “As a service provider we are conscious of the fact that we are providing a specialised area of ICT support, SQL Server database administration. We understand that, of course, the wider IT landscape has many different facets of support”. Tony goes on to say “Customers of ServiceNow can now leverage RockSolid SQL’s managed SQL Server services. While we are an external provider we appear as an internal, integrated DBA support team without additional manual call logging processes”.

“Integration is the key to the future of boutique managed services”

Service Now Integration

RockSolid SQL supports over 13,000 SQL Server databases globally, on 24x7 fixed price SLAs. “Integration is the key to the future of boutique managed services” says Tony, “integration allows organizations to out-task specialized areas of IT to best of breed providers without creating additional overhead in the process”.

The RockSolid SQL integration module for ServiceNow is available for RockSolid SQL Server managed services customers as well as licensed users of RockSolid SaaS and on premise products. If you are running ServiceNow as your organization SRM then please get in touch so we can discuss how to integrate with RockSolid.
